Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 small size Apple
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 1/2 container skim milk or plain yogurt

You can use your favourite berries or mix strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Seeds are the best in ground form for maximum absorption. Mix everything in a bowl. It tastes the best, when oats (you can also use rye) are soaked overnight in enough water to cover ingredients.
