Plus several nutrients found in there like vitamiin B-2, B-12, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Pomegranate  is a good source of the antioxidant vitamin C with blueberries being low in calories and also high in nutrients.   • 0.5 cup  raw muesli  
    (home-made option is below)
  •  1 cup natural unsweetened yogurt 
  • 0.2 cup  blueberries (fresh or frozen)

For the topping

  •  Pomegranate seeds

1. Place muesli and natural unsweetened yogurt in a glass.
2. Add blueberries and mix everything.
3. For the garnishing add pomegranate seeds

 Raw home-made muesli

  (7 cups)

  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seedsRaw home-made muesli
  • 1/2 cup (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/3 cup raisins or currants
  • 1/3 cup goji berries

Mix all ingredients in a bowl then add into a large glass jar to store. Also you can add nuts and seeds you prefer. Adding these keep in mind these portions for one jar:

  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts & seeds
