Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup natural yogurt or soya milk
  • 1/2 cup  chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup blueberries

 1. In a bowl, whisk together with milk, chia seeds, brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Cover and refrigrate overnight.

3. Cover with fresh or frozen blueberries.
