Ingredients: (2 servings)
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric( optional)
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 0.10 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar, shredded
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt

Optional:

  • different veggies( tomatoes, peppers, carrots and red onions etc)-Calories not included to total account. 
Instructions:

1. If you decide to add vegetables stir and steam them before.
2. In a large pan, prepare quinoa according to package directions. Before the quinoa gets ready stir in the turmeric and pepper and cover.
3. Revome from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
4. Eat with tomatoes and fresh salad(optional)
